Set across the first and second floors of a Victorian building, this split-level apartment was completely reconfigured and refurbished to create a three-bedroom, three-bathroom home. At its heart, a south-facing reception room with soaring four-metre ceilings was transformed into an expansive open-plan living, dining and kitchen space. Japandi-inspired simplicity, warm natural timber and tactile stone are balanced with carefully preserved original features, bringing a sense of calm and contemporary refinement to the property’s Victorian grandeur.
Linden Gardens
Set on the ground floor of a period building in Notting Hill, this apartment was completely refurbished and thoughtfully reconfigured to create a two-bedroom, two-bathroom home, including a newly formed ensuite to the principal bedroom. A restrained Scandinavian palette of oak, soft neutrals and natural textures was layered against carefully restored original features. Discreet secondary glazing was also introduced to improve acoustic and thermal performance without compromising the property’s period character.
